Robert leads the engineering function, driving the development and delivery of cutting-edge projects, and solutions. With over a decade of experience at Canon Information Technology Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer and AWS Solutions Architect, along with two years in Japan as a Client Relationship Manager and Technical Lead at Canon Imaging Systems, Robert brings a wealth of expertise in technology leadership.

As CTO, Robert is responsible for setting the company’s technical direction, managing the technology infrastructure, and ensuring the architecture evolves to support Elemnta's growth. He works closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to anticipate technical challenges and develop proactive strategies that enable the business to scale with stability and precision.

Robert’s focus is on fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, while establishing a strong leadership structure within the engineering team to enhance domain expertise and quality control. Additionally, he works hand in hand with the COO to improve the project delivery model and ensure the company’s ability to meet client commitments. A key part of his role is overseeing the implementation and management of security measures, safeguarding the company against critical business risks.
